Legal Notice & Privacy

When you register and use the site, we collect the following data:

- Username (chosen by you)

- Email address

- Password (stored in hashed form, never in plain text)

- Game statistics (ELO, wins, losses, draws)

- Created and saved decks

- Game history

- Discord ID (if you voluntarily link your account)

Your data is used exclusively for:

- Creating and managing your player account

- Operating the ranking system (ELO)

- Saving your decks and game replays

- Online matchmaking and game room management

- Optional Discord integration (rank notifications)

- In-game chat moderation

Your data is stored in a MongoDB database hosted on secure servers. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Communications are encrypted via HTTPS. No payment data is collected (the service is entirely free).

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Game replays are automatically deleted after 7 days. You may request deletion of your account and all your data at any time.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. The only sharing is with:

- IONOS (VPS server hosting)

- MongoDB Atlas (data storage)

- Discord (if you link your account, only your Discord ID)

- TopDeck.gg (only for querying their public APIs to display tournaments; no personal data is sent to them)

The TopDeck tab displays Naruto Mythos tournaments and events sourced from the third-party platform TopDeck.gg. This data is:

- Fetched from TopDeck.gg's public API (completed tournaments with standings) and its Event Hub (upcoming events).

- Cached on our server to minimize requests to TopDeck.gg.

- Shown with the mandatory credit "Data provided by TopDeck.gg" and a link back to the original page for registration or details.

TopDeck.gg is responsible for the accuracy of its own data. For any question about a specific tournament, please contact TopDeck.gg or the event organizer directly.

On the TopDeck page, the application asks for your geographic position (via the standard browser API) to sort events by distance. This permission is strictly optional:

- You can accept or refuse at any time; refusing does not prevent using the site, events will simply be sorted by date.

- Your position is sent to our server only for the duration of a request, to compute distances, and is never stored or shared with any third party.

- The permission is managed by your browser; to revoke it, use your browser settings.

This site uses only essential technical cookies required for the service to function (authentication session). No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

- Right to access your personal data

- Right to rectify your data

- Right to erasure of your data

- Right to data portability

- Right to object to processing
